Approximately 70% of Taiwan is covered by mountains and forests. Despite the island's rapid technological development, it retains a rich and diverse natural ecology. Because the terrain prevents many people from venturing deep into the mountains and experiencing the vitality of this land firsthand, I use embroidery as my artistic language, combining it with indigo-dyed textiles to interpret Taiwan's abundant and distinctive ecological landscapes. Through my work, I hope to bring these precious natural treasures to a wider audience, fostering greater understanding, concern, and appreciation.
Comforting Whispers|By depicting the rhythms of life in intricate detail, I remain gently connected to this land and find stillness within.
